Listening to podcasts is a great way to learn new perspectives and become better. In this article, we will see specific articles for Java and mindset.
I know it’s difficult to find time with all the current distractions and technologies, but there is a way to optimize our time. It’s simple: When performing an activity that doesn’t require a lot of brainpower, we listen to a podcast or an audiobook. For example, when going to the gym, walking, cleaning the house, or commuting to work, we can listen to a podcast.
Since exercise is very important for staying healthy, we can also learn something new and new ideas that we can apply in our careers and lives.
We will explore articles more specific to Java coding, mindset, and new technologies in general.

Mindset for Java developers
To keep up with technical studies and reach the next level, we must have our mindset prepared. Procrastination and burnout are common problems with software developers. That’s because there are tons of technologies to learn and to get good with those technologies, we need to be strategic, focus on what we need, and stick to it.
However, since there are too many things happening in life, if we don’t have a well-prepared mindset, we will usually be in a paralysis state; this means, in a state, we don’t know what to do. Therefore, this means the same as procrastination and no growth.
Without further ado, let’s see some podcasts that will help you reach the next level in your career and also help you get rid of the victim mindset.
