There are essential skills to unlock your career potential that we use daily that we probably donโt notice. Therefore, we neglect those skills and never learn much about them.

Adding vegetables and fruits on top of the staple food should give you a balanced and healthy diet. Also, donโt forget to drink plenty of water even when not thirsty. Try to drink 2 liters of water, or increase the amount of water gradually.
